Computer not hooking up with internet

I believe it is the Wi-Fi adapter? I had called about this once before and a technician was able to walk me through a resolve. I tried to remember what was done last time but it didnt resolve or I may have missed a step? The internet is working on other items in the house.

I Purchased a IBuyPower gaming computer through Amazon 3/13/21. I quit working. I notified Amazon the told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to contact IBUY POWER because its under warranty. I contacted IBUY POWER and they said they don't honor warranty of seller on Amazon. So I now have a new gaming computer that doesn't work WITHOUT a warranty. Horrible experience with IBUYPOWER do not buy a gaming computer from IBUY POWER. They do not honor thier Warranty

I purchase a gaming computer 3/13/21, it quit working. I notified Amazon, Amazon told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to contact IBUYPOWER. IBUYPOWER told me the warranty was not covered by the seller on Amazon. So basically, I lost lots of money! responsibility for my EXPENSIVE broker computer!!

I bought a $2,000.00 gaming computer for my son for Christmas and the L.E.D's did not work when I received it so I called their customer support about 30 times and always busy. I e-mailed them and it took over a month for them to reply which still never fixed the problem. Now my son clicked yes for a windows update and the system crashed and will not work. I called customer service again 20 times over 5 days and still always busy. They never gave me a product key for windows or a disk and I can't fix it without it. I e-mailed them again 5 days ago and still nothing. Do not buy from ibuypower they are a terrible company.

Preferred solution: Get my son's computer working in a timely manner so my son can game again ASAP not 2 months down the road. It has already been close to two weeks with out his computer. Also answer your dam support phone to help people that buy your products. Thanks.

I cant wait to NEVER buy from this company again. Computer hardware begin failing the second you buy it. Once it does give, way, way earlier than it should, good luck getting in touch with these clowns. All their numbers are down. Email gets lost in cyberspace. Better off dropping a few more bucks on a real product/pre-fab. I cant rate your return or service yet, but you all get 1 star after I average out the other facets of review. Cant imagine its much better.

Can’t get ahold of customer service

Ordered a $1,700 RDY PC 10 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. It was supposed to be here today and is still in processing. Ive tried all lines (customer support, tech support, sales, Facebook, and Discord) and all lines give me a busy tone/dont hear back from DMs. I have no idea what is happening with my order because the RDYs are supposed to ship out on the same day you order. No email updates, nothing.

Two days ago, I tried to buy a PC through ibuypower and I had to make a down payment of about $800 but when I placed the order, an error occurred and money was still taken out of my account. I've been trying to contact them through phone and email for 2 days now and i still haven't gotten an answer. Horrible customer service.
