IBUYPOWER - The cooler broke inside of 3 months

Customer service took days (approximately 8 hours total on hold) to get through to. After we did, they sent us the part with no instruction on how to install. We'll need to call again (another 8 hour hold experience?) I didn't realize that we are responsible for all shipping (of old parts) despite the fact that the problem is due to a computer defect. I won't be buying from them again.

User's recommendation: buy elsewhere.

IBUYPOWER - Unsatisfactory

I purchased at Best Buy. Exactly 1 month and 3 days later the computer had stop working. I tried to return but I was 3 days to late. I sent it to I buy power for repairs. They sent it back but the issue with the WiFi, was not fixed.

My computer is about a year old and the letters on the keyboard cannot be read. A lot of the regularly used ones are completely blank, you cannot read what letter the key is for. Seems like an unusual problem, but its an issue if you do not know how to type. I am a little disappointed as much as we paid for the system. The red keys are the worst.....

Called in two different times and BOTH tech supports were rude as all get out. The first tech wouldn't even stay on the phone to help which caused me to have to call back and the second tech was just as rude. It is such a shame that this product is an amazing product and the people are jerks and tell you to "Google It". Trust me I will Google something next time. I had to call as this is a brand new setup for me and I wouldn't have even known what to Google in the first time. Avoid IBP at all costs. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I bought a computer advertised to have 12 drive bays intending it to be a video workstation. It has been 18 months and I still do not have the hardware to install more than seven hard drives. Tech support even told me I was not allowed to install a 3.5 drive in a 5.25 drive bay. Six bays were 3.5 and six were 5.25. They did include one 5.25 tray with the ability to install a 3.5 drive. I upgraded the power supply, but they did not send all of the cables, only what they used to connect to the motherboard, an optical drive and two hard drives. The drive bays only had enough custom trays for the three drives I bought from them. Over three quarters of their shipments for the missing parts had the wrong parts. It has been 18 months and I still have a workstation that I cannot add the last four hard drives. If you do not pay extra to have your purchase delivered with expedited service, it may take months to get your PC. IBP expedited service is nothing more than everyone else's normal service: first in first out. The price of the PC might seem like a good deal, but the high expedited processing fee negates the good price and brings it in line with their competitors. I highly recommend avoiding IBP and buying from any reputable vendor.

I did!! Over that time I received nine or ten shipments. I got every conceivable power supply cable before I got the right ones; I got three shipments of 3.5 trays when I was looking for 5.25 trays and on and on and on.

*** the bullet, and purchase 3.5 to 5.5 brackets. Amazon at $6.65.

If you purchase a PS, make sure it's a left or right mount.

I did check into those. The case has a proprietary mounting system. I would have to break off parts of the case and drill holes to mount industry standard trays

On the 18th of December I placed an order with Walmart for a desktop computer. The order number is 6241663-279855. The computer was scheduled to be delivered on the 5th of January 2017 as of this date the 17th of January 2017., I still haven't received the item. I have spoken with a number of your employees. Starting with your walmart rep. and last with your customer service supervisor. With none of them able to tell me anytime on a time table on the delivery of my item. A FedEx tracking number was created on the 11th of January with a arrival date of the 17th of January, it still hasn't left your location. IBUYPOWER - Very sad. I'll have to find another company to deal with.

Every IBUYpower computer I have had (3) were everything I could want. I ordered one last week to have e-mail sent from customer service (hah hah) that my billing address and shipping address weren't the same so I needed to call my bank to do A, B, C etc. I called the bank and simply had the billing and shipping changed to my physical address. I have left 4 voice mails to my service 'rep' and e-mailed. Still nothing. Waited in 'chat' for an hour in line then decided to *** with it. Very sad state of affairs indeed. I guess service isn't always equitable with product. I give up. Taking my $1,000 elsewhere. Bye.

Same thing JUST happened to me. It's the ONLY Christmas present my kid is getting and even though their site said if you order by Dec.

2nd (I did) you would have for Christmas. Asked to have shipped my office and got same nonsense about letting my bank know. THey never heard of such a thing. I have 7 calls into them and about 1 1/2 hrs.

cumulative of hold time trying to get this resolved. I was referred to this place and cyberpower by our tech that manages our firm's computers and regretably chose the wrong one. I am BEYOND disappointed in their lack of professionalism. It's like they run this company out of a basement.

I may cancel order and go somewhere else and they are fully responsible for ruining Christmas for my kid!
